Super elegant and beautiful so called ‘Tivoli’ floor lamp designed by Floris Fiedeldij for Artimeta Soest, Holland 1956. Artimeta was a Dutch company with strong relations to French and Italian designers. Artimeta also had the rights to produce Mategot products in the same era. Most of the items by Artimeta were in inspired by the French 50s craze, you can see strong French influences to this lamp as well from the lamps by Pierre Guariche and Jean Boris Lacroix. This lamp is called Tivoli and is a very important design for the Dutch market in that time. The lamp has a black lacquered metal base which has a super round shape, a white bar and a nice yellow shade. The lamp is in good original vintage condition. Would look great in any modern design interior.

This lamp uses an E27 bulb up to 75 watt and is wired to US usage, this would only need a holiday converter or an American plug to use in in the USA.
