Fantastic modernist side table by unknown designed unfortunately, but this table was purchased at Metz & Co who sold top of the rock exclusive designs from mainly Dutch designers. Several world known designers designed furniture for Metz&Co such as Gerrit Rietveld, Elmar Berkovic, Bas van Pelt. Unfortunately we cannot figure out who designed this beauty. It’s made of Bordeaux painted solid steel. Perfectly crafted into perfection. Very heavy and large side table. In very good original condition with a nice patina from age. Looks great as side table to put books in for example.
