Fantastic pair of easy chairs designed by Geoffrey Harcourt for Artifort in 1968. These chairs, type F976 are an original pair from the early 1970s and have a fantastic user patine. The chairs have white plastic shells on a tulip shaped foot and have very thick and high quality brown leather. The chairs are in a very nice original vintage condition and this is what vintage should look like. Chairs are rotatable and seat very comfortable. The chairs are both marked on the bottom. Since a couple of years these chairs are back in production at Artifort and cost about 2000 Euro each. These are much nicer with fantastic old user patine and can be used for several more years easily. Would look fantastic in any modern design interior, home or office.
