Nice rare Resort chair designed by Friso Kramer for Ahrend de Cirkel, Holland 1960. This chair was actually an office version from the Revolt chair. And a successor of the Revolt office chair. The frame is more similar to the Result chairs frame and the arms relate to the Revolt desk chair. This resort chair is in a rare dark grey painted metal and has its original red vynil upholstery which is still in fair condition. Only minor marks on the corners. The chairs overall condition is very nice and authentic.

The designs of Friso Kramer are highly sought after because of their progressive designs. Friso Kramer was a functionalist, all of his pieces are well thought about and amazingly executed. Even though most of his designs were produced in large numbers the process before that was really intense and time taking. And the result of that was a great production process with fantastic ergonomic result.
