Becoming more hard to find every year.. But I have the complete set! These rare lamps are from the ‘Halo Click’ series, designed by Ettore Sottsass for Phillips NL in 1988. This lamp was specially designed for the Dutch market in 1988 and because of that extremely hard to find outside Holland, even here I dream of finding one, every day. The lamps are made of crème white plastic coated brass, plastic and have a very nice rotatable halogen light head. This is for a set of crème white editions as these were made in 4 colors only. This set is in an overall good condition as the coating damages and discolors real easy, light heads are darker because of the warmth of the lamps. Easy to combine with old or modern furniture because of the un presence of this lamp, also because of the neutral color of course. Since the death or Ettore Sottsass in 2007 there’s been a run on all his designs, I think that’s why this would be a great future investment, buy not regular Sottsass designs, but rare ones like these lamps, especially the small one is a hard find! Take your one and only chance to obtain a set and invest for the future!
