Pair multicolored Visor sconces, designed by Vittoriano Vigano for Arteluce in 1950. This famous pair wall lamps was made by Arteluce which was the best of the best light distributor at those days. Arteluce was directed by Gino Sarfatti who did most of the designs together with Vigano. Most items were low productions. These lamps have very nice organic visor shaped white and yellow original shades and these are the first Italian productions with the brass wall plates using a very elegant adjusting point. These lamps are in fantastic condition as can be seen on the pictures, one lamp still has the Arteluce label on the inside of the shade. These lamps are and identical pair. Would look great hanging in a mid century modern design interior!
