Rare side table by Alvar Aalto for Finmar, originally designed in 1933, this model is from ca 1950. The table is in a magnificent condition, comes from first owner who bought this together with the Han Pieck Lawo Chair ca 1949. This table was made of a beech wooden top with magazine unit below and bent plywood L shaped feet. Fantastic made as Aalto was known for his bent wooden pieces. This table is unmarked but 100% original old and authentic. I didn’t even clean this one because it has a super patine from using over the years. Would be a great addition to any Aalto collection or modern design interior. Hard to find piece.
