Fantastic shaped kids chair with wonderful patina, made in Holland ca 1950. This chair is not a common made chair, it’s made with very small dowels and connections, and only the seat was attached with nails. It was for sure inspired by Vilmos Huszar, Theo van Doesburg, Gerrit Rietveld, Piet Zwart and van Ravenstijn. The chair has an amazing patina from usage over the years and is in superb condition. I think there was something missing at the front probably a leather strap because there are some holes from nails at the front as you can see on the pictures. Besides this the chair looks great and it comes from my private collection.
