Alvar Aalto golden Bell ceiling fixture Louis Poulsen 1950
Height: 165 cm
Width: 45 cm
Depth: 45 cm
Very nice triple ceiling lamps designed by Alvar Aalto for the Savoy Hotel Restaurant in Helsinki, Finland 1937. These brass lamps had a nice die cut stripe pattern all around the rim which gives a nice light effect when lit. All 3 lamps are completely original and bought in the 1950s and probably manufactured by Louis Poulsen. The lamps are fully made of brass and have white inside. It has a large white ceiling plate and the lamps are in a good original vintage condition. No big damages that should be noticed. Lamps are hard to find in old edition and especially in a set of 3 like these. Would look great in any Danish modern design interior or home.
